Pat Zollars

As President, Pat is responsible for all internal and external activities for Contracting Solutions. He is a past Chairman and current Board member at Telhio Credit Union and an Ohio High School Athletic Association football referee. Pat also holds a M.S.A. from Central Michigan University. He is active in the community and within his church. Listening is the key ingredient to client success in construction services. Pat believes in listening to each client's needs and outcomes while continuously involving his staff in the assessment resulting in a more rounded project and team approach. This process of information triangulation has been a key to Contracting Solutions client satisfaction and its overall success. Pat understands that a relationship can only foster out of great work. He will work with all levels of your organization to ensure that all your expectations are exceeded and objectives met to foster a continued relationship.

Brian Ellis

With over 15 years of business development experience in construction and retail service industries, Brian is responsible for the overall client development at Contracting Solutions. His core competencies include: client development, project management, market research, and organizational development. He is active in the local community and is a speaker at Columbus Public Schools, the D.A.R.E. program, and the Ohio Department of Youth Services. Brian, along with the Contracting Solutions team, believes that the client comes first and is the point of contact for new business development ventures. Through his experience Brian has been able to analyze the most complex ventures to come up with solutions to fit many clients' needs across multiple industries.

Mike Hartless

Mike is responsible for overseeing all construction projects Contracting Solutions. With over 20 years of experience in professional services, he insures that the overall construction process is accurate and meets its objective. He is responsible for: ensuring specifications, estimating, scheduling and project management. Mike ensures that each project's phases are communicated accurately in order to achieve your objectives. He is very active in the community as both a graphic designer and a volunteer at the U.S.O. Communication is the foundation of any relationship in his eyes and in every project Mike will communicate with owners, sub contractors and staff regularly to sure that they remain satisfied.

Suzette Belczak

Suzette is responsible for the daily administrative functions at Contracting Solutions. Suzette has over 20 years of experience within various professional services firms in Central Ohio. She insures that all invoices and expenses are handled in a quick and professional manner. In addition to her internal duties she is responsible for vendor relations for Contracting Solutions. Her goal is to make both the internal and external clients satisfied.
